I lost my password, how can I get it?

On the login page, follow the link for lost password and enter your registered user id. The password will be e-mailed to the email account you specified when your account was set up. If you have any other issues, please complete the 'Ask a Question' form and a representative will assist you.

Do I have to create a new account if I am filling a prescription for a family member?

At this time, you must create a new account for every member of your family for whom you manage their health.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you reside in New York City, Queens, Brooklyn, or the Bronx you will receive your order within 1-3 days provided all information concerning your order is complete and accurate. Prescription Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the next day to residents of the Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, or Queens only (certain restrictions apply). All others will receive their order within 1-10 days via ground delivery services. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. There is no guarantee for date of delivery.

What are the restrictions for next day delivery to Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens?

Next day delivery only applies to Prescription Products. All orders must be received by 3pm and must be complete and accurate. Prescription Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will arrive Tuesday. All Prescription Orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday.

What is my tracking number?

We will provide you with the tracking number when your order ships via FEDEX or UPS. USPS allows tracking only on Express Mail products. When delivering to Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, or Queens, there is no tracking number.

What are the limitations of USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box?

The total weight of all items must be less than 70lbs and fit into the standard flat rate box dimensions of 11"X8.5"X5".

What are the limitations of USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box?

The total weight of all items must be less than 70lbs and fit into the large flat rate box dimensions of 12"X12"X5.5".

What qualifies for Bulk Item/Large Quantity Pricing?

Any item or items which total greater than 5 lbs and which doen't qualify for either a USPS flat rate box or USPS large flat rate box will require custom pricing. Once your order is posted we will inform you of the bulk/large quantity shipping cost before your order is processed. If you wish to know the pricing before inputting the order, please fill out the "Ask a Question" form and we will reply.

We collect your name and address as a requirement of the State Board of Pharmacy for labeling purposes. We collect your phone number such that we may contact you if we need to obtain any additional information while processing your prescription or inform you of any information we may obtain while processing your prescription. It also allows us to inform you of any delays or any special handling that is required with your prescription.

When you order prescriptions, we ask a few brief questions about your medical history. We are required to obtain this information by the State Board of Pharmacy to ensure prescribed medications are properly dispensed.

How does CarewellPharmacy.com use my billing information?

When you order prescription medications, we ask for your credit card information or health insurance information. We will bill your insurance company unless you don’t have any insurance. Your insurance company will receive your contact information including your name and address along with your prescription information. If you don't have insurance, your billing information will only be retained for the individual transaction you have approved.
